add all the 个位数 1 add to 9 is 45,1 set

for 十位:in 100 got 10*45
from100to100000got1000set
then you will find out sum
=sum of 个位数+sum of tenths + sum of hundreds+ sum of thousands+sum of ten thousands
=10000(45)+1000(450)+100(4500)+10(45000)+450000
=2250000

so got 100000/2 =50000 sets
